Breakfast: Granola

Brain Food Granola

Your body needs several nutrients together in order to make the chemicals your brain needs to keep it functioning well. This granola puts them all together into one delicious breakfast. I recommend taking it with your daily multivitamin for best results. This does not have Folate, B12, or Choline & Betaine in it).
